01 · Acceptance

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shieldsecurityy.com and all services provided by Shield Security, a business owned and operated by Yusuf Emre Ekri (“Shield Security”, “we”, “us”).

By using our website, submitting an order form or purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

02 · Services

Our Services

Shield Security provides security setup, configuration, monitoring and consultancy services for Discord servers. The exact scope of each package (Shield Basic, Shield Pro, Shield Elite and Monthly Maintenance Plans) is described on its package page and confirmed with you before work begins.

Note: Shield Security is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.

03 · Eligibility

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our services.
  • You must be the owner of the Discord server, or be authorised by the owner, to request work on it.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
04 · Orders & Payment

Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) on our website and may change at any time; the price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
  • Setup packages are one-time fees. Maintenance plans are billed monthly until cancelled.
  • Accepted payment methods are Payoneer, bank transfer and USDT.
  • Work begins once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
05 · Delivery

Service Delivery

All services are delivered remotely. To complete the installation we need temporary, appropriate permissions on your Discord server. Estimated delivery times are shared before work begins and depend on your cooperation and the size of your server.

A service is considered delivered once the agreed configuration is completed and handed over to you.

06 · Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide the access and information required to perform the service.
  • Keep your own Discord account secure, including enabling two-factor authentication.
  • Do not intentionally remove, disable or alter the installed security systems and then hold us responsible for the result.
  • Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
07 · Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services or website:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • To harass, attack, raid or harm other communities or users
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other servers
  • To resell, copy or redistribute our configurations without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these rules are violated.

08 · Refunds

Refunds & Cancellation

Setup packages are covered by a 7-day refund guarantee starting from the date the installation is completed. Maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

09 · Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, logos, graphics, reports and documentation, belongs to Shield Security and may not be copied or used without permission. Configurations delivered to you may be used freely on the server they were created for.

10 · Liability

Limitation of Liability

We work to the highest professional standards; however, no security system can guarantee absolute protection. Shield Security is not liable for:

  • Outages, API changes or policy changes made by Discord
  • Changes made to the configuration by you or your staff
  • Conflicts with third-party bots or tools
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of members, revenue or data

Maximum liability: in all cases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

11 · Governing Law

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We always aim to resolve any issue amicably first; please contact us before taking any formal action. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
